Israel continues to violate top court ruling, barring Red Cross visits to jailed Palestinians

Two months after the High Court judges unanimously ruled that the state must reinstate the organization's visits to security prisoners, Israel has not done so. The Association for Civil Rights described the situation as contempt of court
