Soldier suspected in Al-Mughayyir shooting released under restrictive conditions

The commander of the Judea and Samaria District Police has ordered the release, under restrictive conditions, of an IDF soldier who was arrested on suspicion of involvement in a shooting incident in which an Arab was wounded.
