IDF failed to defend Paga Outpost during Oct. 7, opening door for terrorists to massacre at Be'eri

The IDF found that soldiers at Paga Outpost had not prepared for a terror infiltration, were not properly equipped, and failed in the outpost's mission to act as a major defense for Kibbutz Be'eri.
