Ukraine: Russian attack causes heavy damage to residential building in Odesa

A Russian airstrike caused extensive damage to a high-rise residential building in the southern Ukrainian port city of Odesa on the Black Sea coast, according to Serhii Lysak, head of the city’s military administration.
