Histadrut

The Histadrut, founded in 1920, is Israel's largest labor federation, representing public-sector workers and much of the private sector. It negotiates collective wage agreements and calls strikes, at times general strikes that halt the economy. This hub gathers Israeli coverage of the Histadrut and its labor disputes.
