"אוקראינה תקפה בית זיקוק לנפט רוסי במחוז ריאזאן, וכן מתקנים לעיבוד נפט במחוז פרם ובטטרסטן", כך הודיע היום (שני) נשיא אוקראינה וולודימיר זלנסקי. עוד אמר זלנסקי כי הותקף גם אתר ששימש לאחסון ולשיגור של כטב"מי תקיפה במחוז קורסק.
