בג"ץ ביטל היום (שלישי) את החלטות הממשלה למנות את ד"ר יפעת בן חי-שגב ליו"ר מועצת הרשות השניה לטלוויזיה ולרדיו ואת עו"ד כנרת בראשי וד"ר חיים שיין לכהונה כחברי המועצה. ההחלטה התקבלה פה אחד.
