תינוק וזוג הורים חולצו לפנות בוקר (רביעי) משריפה שפרצה בדירה ברחוב הרב קוק בהרצליה, ופונו לבית החולים במצב קל. צוותי הכיבוי השתלטו על האש, וחוקרי הדליקות קבעו כי השריפה נגרמה ממחשב נייד שהושאר בטעינה על ספה בסלון.
