Israel Railways to cut Modi'in service this weekend to connect new 431 line to rail network
Upon its expected completion in 2028, Track 431 is anticipated to connect Jerusalem directly to the Shfela region and to Israel's southern coast, at a cost of NIS 3.5 billion.
