Grandfather Charged After Two Grandchildren Killed in Boating Crash

A 64-year-old man turned himself in to police after a collision in New Jersey's Barnegat Bay killed his two grandchildren, ages 7 and 9. Authorities say he was operating the boat while intoxicated.
