סא"ל א' ביקש למנוע את פרסום שמו, ואחד מנימוקיו היה שיש "לשמור על ביטחונו". בתחילת השבוע קבע בית המשפט המחוזי כי אין מניעה ביטחונית לפרסום, וכי שמו הפך ל"סוד גלוי" שלא ניתן להתעלם ממנו
