'Glaring flaws': Israel's top court strikes down law preventing arrest of Haredi draft dodgers

A panel of nine justices ruled that the considerable flaws in the legislative process rendered the bill unconstitutional. Eight of the justices also noted that the law 'severely infringes on the core of the constitutional right to equality'
