סולברג הוסיף כי ועדת הבחירות המרכזית תפרסם ארבע פעמים לפחות ביום הבחירות את שיעורי ההצבעה בכל קלפי רגילה ברחבי הארץ, "כחלק מהמחויבות של הוועדה לשקיפות מלאה" ועל מנת לאפשר למפלגות להמריץ מצביעים גם ללא המידע על זהות המצביעים שהגיעו לקלפי
